1. Service identification

CelebraTodo is a digital platform to create and manage events, invitations, and related features for hosts and guests in Chile.

2. Platform use

Users agree to use the platform lawfully, without violating third-party rights or uploading illegal, offensive, or infringing content.

3. Plans, payments, and charges

Plans and add-on services are shown in Chilean pesos (CLP). Online payments are processed through Transbank Webpay Plus.

• Access or activation is enabled after payment confirmation.
• Applicable fees are disclosed before payment.

4. Duration and cancellation

Each plan has a defined duration at purchase. Service cancellation does not imply automatic refunds, except as required by applicable law.

5. Service availability

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the platform available. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or external causes.

6. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the current Privacy Policy and applicable Chilean regulations.

7. Changes to these terms

CelebraTodo may update these terms to reflect service improvements or legal changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
